I purposely haven't featured screenshots or quotes of people who have gotten MANY reposts for saying truly awful things. I know that means you are free to imagine who I am talking about and create the circumstances in your head. I'm not going to argue with you in defense of the person you imagine.

We don’t know what was edited, what might go in the next op ed, or what else will be learned, but it is only counterproductive to trash talk someone who is in the midst of changing their mind towards a more ethical worldview.

In the article, the person admits they think some people who don’t deserve Medicaid are receiving Medicaid, among other problematic things. But they argue that it must exist despite its “problems” and they aren’t trying to convince ME we need Medicaid.

In college, I had an experience where we drew black lines clean through multiple parts of our lease and when the time came for landlords to make unfair demands, we pointed to the permanent marker. He was shocked because he never went back and looked after accepting.
