This is such a problem that whole products such as Balsamiq were based on sending the strong message that this is NOT a production solution. Hand-drawn looking components were needed to convince execs this is not ready to ship 😀 since saying 'this is not ready to ship' was not enough.

This is the bane of my existence. I ended up setting a rule that challenges requests that fail with a 404 three times in a 15s window. Our devs had to fix all missing resources in their pages as a bonus 😀.

Hey may well be, but I too am eagerly awaiting the iPad port 😀
