1. This is just simply a lie and should be rated so. Truth telling can’t be weighted by simply counting up the lies and omissions. More than anything else, it matters what people are likely to want to know, and how well or badly what is being said distorts it.

She should have repeated it every day until the election that year. Probably would have won.
