my personal favorite comment i saw on a video about this today. it's so "the thing horrible people think but never say out loud" that i literally cannot believe it isn't satire, but the amount of people who replied in agreement with it just dissolves any hope i have for certain... personalities...

But it's paradoxical: Learning is painful, yes. Sure, relatives might start to get concerned if it goes on for a while... But I'm also genuinely thrilled to be so deeply engaged in that process, things start to flow differently, and I retain what I've gained from it WAY more.
