Crazy to me because I remember Wayne was very conservative about what could or couldn't be an ethics violation in the past. Even simply asking for personal emails on City devices would raise an eyebrow.

Bruce Harrell has a history of diminishing & contributing to women's struggles. On top of that, it's obvious he can't fathom a woman running against him & can't stand it. Tammy Morales, Lorena Gonzalez, Katie Wilson. They've all gotten under his skin.

While CM, Bruce Harrell was part owner of a "men's club" that stole wages from its female employees & when that club was investigated, he threatened to take retribution against the City department responsible for protecting workers rights. How many of those women needed help w/ childcare, I wonder.
