Don’t be daft.
I don’t need a lecture on something I already know from my ride-share driver, though.

Returning to Steven Brust’s The Good Guys. It’s unusual. The story’s told mostly through dialogue.
Has anyone else read it? images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/S/com...

I’ve finished Bury Your Gays by @chucktingle.bsky.social
It’s so good. And clever.
The horror (for me) was mostly in the flashbacks that cut way too close to home and that makes the creepy and inexplicable creatures haunting our hapless hero a different kind of frightening.

I’ll spare you the spurious logic that Ross Douthat trots out. He is a horrible shit, isn’t he?
I’m not linking because I’m not giving them clicks.

Finished this on the bus this morning. Whew.
One day is all Veris to find the Tyrant's missing children, who are lost in the forest: the fey, wild, hellish forest and what lives inside it.
I've liked everything of @premeemohamed.com 's that I've ever read. This does not disappoint.

I dunno, did you find Titanic “a hell of a journey” even though you know the ship sinks at the end?
