This is true but that does not mean parliament has to vote on military actions. It’s not equipped or informed to act as a pseudo executive. It’s a legislature.

As a veteran and LD member I disagree. Parliament is a legislature not an executive. Such decisions are for the government.

It’s always been ethical. When push comes to shove with unreasonable people willing to use violence to end democracy, the rule of law and freedom of speech unfortunately military force can be necessary.
