This week's reading list. I've read Untamed before, but I'm involved with leading women and want to reset some of my mindsets (get out of the way) #booksky

Microsoft just put up the price of your subscription without your consent. Mine rose from £79.99 per year to over £100. The extra is because they've strapped their 'AI copilot' in to every program. You can refuse this increase and these features. Instructions below.
Microsoft is going to price gouge you by adding their genAI to your subscription without your consent, and they are not transparent about how to avoid this bullshit.

Here's how to change your subscription back to "Classic" for a lower charge without Copilot: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffi...

Please repost this one if you have artists who follow you - a lot of other ppl have mentioned similar DMs on this platform and elsewhere. It's apparently the scam model du jour.
So potentially a new wave of bot DMs - artist accounts who DM you with a variant of "Hi I hope this message finds you well. I want to use your pictures/profile picture as a reference for an artwork project". Had 2, very similar wording. Anyone else seen it?

At some point the Democrats and UK Labour are going to need to admit that doing a bad impression of the other side with some milder policies is not leadership, its not effective and it's not going to win (UK Labour were elected by literally not being the other guy). Tax the billionaires or leave

Is there a story where good wins because it's easier? I'm tired of people pretending that honesty and integrity are not the default human position, when you remove the influence of Hollywood and cognitive sedatives like the Daily Mail

Mark Zuckerberk just said he needs to work with a Russian asset to end interference in elections. I don't think we need more proof that wealth and intelligence are unrelated

Well, that was quite a build. She's just got to paint it now. Great model. Testing the limits of my delicate side

Finished Ultra-processed People. Really mad now. I think I knew a lot of it. With a government both "clamping down on regulation" then asking regulators if they have any policy, its hard to have hope #UPF

I've started going back to reading books I read as a kid. Stephen Donaldson, Anne McCaffrey etc. To safe check them for my 9 year old. It's..... eye opening

Finally, I'm getting round to finishing Ultra-processed People. Great book, but there are two problems. The wrong people are going to read the book, and I've been starving for days 🤣

Times up for the painting challenge. Three random paints means bubblegum chaos sorcerer. I'm seriously tempted to start a new army in this theme #warhammer #warhammercommunity
