I have no doubt that Epstein was a Russian spy or agent of some kind. That he was able to get away with what he did for so long meant that he had to have had state-level oversight and assistance. And his seeking out politicians, industry leaders, wealthy elites. He was a one-man honeypot operation.

Thanks to Black Moon for exposing the connections between Russia and China, Putin and Jinping. Xi Jinping said in documents that he wants to take back Taiwan by 2027. Putin is actively offering to help supply him and help train his airborne divisions he'll need to pull it off.
