I live near it. Just a pair of 2-bed apartments and a pair of bedsits on each of its 10 floors (and smallish) giving a total GIA that would be spanked by most terraced housing perimeter blocks. Surprisingly low outcome for a prototype that launched 68,000 variants in the UK.
