Angel Yard Co-Housing by Archio is a 34-home project with shared spaces, built around a courtyard inspired by historic Norwich yards. Using cross-laminated timber and all-electric power, it’s one of 48 shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2025. Winners announced in September. Link in bio.

In 1975 96% state housing spend went on building homes, vs. 4% on benefits. In 2022 benefits were 88% vs. 12%, says CIH.
