Yes I feel fear. I don’t move thru the world in the same way as before. But I am not going anywhere. This has hardened my resolve to do what I can even in this climate to support women and marginalized ppl.

This is why I am so disappointed and sad. I naively thought America was better than this.
And yes I know the economy hugely factors into this, the jobs, the DNC got their messaging wrong, etc.. but still I had higher hopes, however misplaced, in America.

This election made it crystal clear that Georgia actually truly proxied America. We are a racist country with little regard for women, a country built by slaves and immigrants, and we want to keep that status quo at all cost. People of color know this, and this election just made it undeniable.
