3 different "rails:" the surface for the tires, guide rail for the guide tires and a backup rail that looks like a smaller version of a conentional train wheel/rail set up that I assume is intended to support the axle in the event of a flat tire. I assume this is widely dismissed as too complicated

My daughter did choir in middleschool, which involved going to the local christmas thing at the park and 50% of the booths there were real estate agents and car dealerships, groups that are probably encouraging city councillors to follow HB's lead and making fighting housing their primary activity.
