Made my own sourdough starter and vegan, gluten-free sourdough bread with 40g Everything Bagel Seasoning. I was appalled at the garbage they charge $10 a loaf for in the market and wondered if I could make something flavorful that wasn’t reminiscent of cardboard. It was tasty for my first try.
