Oddball search for the 1972 Topps set build. Does anyone have a card # 29b Bill Bonham with green below the letters C&S to trade? It's the last green letter C&S variation I need for the 1972 build.

On this day in 1886, “Smokey Joe” Williams was born in Seguin, TX. One of the best pitchers of his era, he was also one of the most feared with his 6’4” frame. Ty Cobb stated that he would have been a 30-game winner in MLB. Here’s a color study of him with the Lincoln Giants in 1912.

Mom always told me I was named after Hank Aaron. I started collecting his cards in 1984. I remember getting my ‘72 Topps Hank for $7.50 at Sports Vendor back in Tilton, IL. Been picking up his cards here and there for years. This just arrived!

1941 Play Ball #14: Ted Williams. Too many baseball and non-baseball accolades to mention. The back of the card talks about how Ted’s 1940 season proved he was no flash in the pan.

IMO everyone should have the "6-pack". Doesn't have to be graded or HOF but 51-56 is a WAY different era and quality compared to 57-present
