The low-knowledge investors, wealthy enthusiasts, crypto scams, money laundering, sports washing, etc that contribute so much of this industry's funding aren't long-term paths to sustainability, they're frantic jumps between life rafts

Well caring deeply about politics turned out to be a mistake. Time to instead become emotionally invested in a field where I’ll never be let down: sports

In the process of detoxing from mainstream social media. I've been off Facebook for 10 years, Instagram for 5 years, and now starting Twitter. My soul will be thankful for this after some time.
