Tbf, I thought it was hilarious once I realised. I think it didn’t help that the jeans were slim fit as well and that it was a thin jumper, rather than chunky. All I needed was the Star Trek badge and I’d have been set.

Bought a really lovely mustard jumper and made the colossal mistake of wearing it with a pair of black jeans and boots. Spent the day being called Captain Kirk and haven’t worn it since. Wouldn’t mind but I’m a middle aged woman. Tbf, I totally got it after the first remark.
