Imagine: 5am, in addition to tired retail employees doing floor sets and graveyard shift security guards, gaggles of elderly marching around the dimly lit halls, swarms of grandmas in their athleisure outfits collecting under the skylights in the food court where the sun has just started to rise.

untapped mall culture: mall walkers. Most malls I've worked in have had a community of people (mostly retirees as stay at home parents) who go to the mall before opening hours to get their steps in.
