For those not paying attention to the legal tennis match:
Before 12/3 - Companies had to comply with CTA by 1/1/25
12/3 - Nationwide injunction granted.
12/23 - Injunction lifted; companies to comply by 1/13/25
12/26 - Injunction back on.

The Corporate Transparency Act case trundles on. While the en banc petition on the motions panel’s stay was pending, the brand new merits panel of the Fifth Circuit reinstates the stay itself. So all you compliance people at companies can chill.
