She developed kidney impairment and was found to have biopsy-proven BK virus nephropathy in her native kidneys.

We had a look at doing some binary regression, but results wouldn’t have much validity given the small numbers. Hoping to explore it in a larger, more recent cohort and will plan to publish soon.
