1. A military memorial, when all other statues on the Hill are of individuals.
2. Just steps away from the National War Memorial (I know, it doesn't cover pre-1867).

I managed to visit DC and NYC for the first time in my life in the past few years, giving myself plenty of time to see everything. So at least those are out of the way while I move on to global destinations (Paris, now London this year).

But lots of other US places I'd like to see someday.

Though, I'm not discounting the possibility that Trump eventually tries to nationalize the Smithsonian or does a shakedown on them ("Either pay up for the prime DC land you 'owe' us, or eliminate DEI and 'anti-American' exhibits").
