The only thing I miss from the corporate world is the cubicle buddies. Being able to bitch or gossip w them was always entertaining & made the cubicle life more bearable. I listen to music or my podcasts, it’s ok but being self employed and the only one in my business does make it lonely at times.

I love my job. Being your own boss - you set your own time, prices, and the work you take. Other than the customer, you are the boss. I only wish I had discovered this right after college.

I’m a wine collector (my main hobby) so I’m so pumped by the lower prices of the Bordeaux futures. Just purchased some Chateau Ponet-Canet 2024. Won’t get them until 2027 and prob won’t taste them until 15 years later. Oh the wait!!

There are a lot of busy lawyers out there. Trump doesn't just issue an EO & that's it. There will be challenges, some of them lengthy, over legality & constitutionality. The Supreme Court gave him immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts, not omnipotence.

I really want to have a nicer year, a peaceful one. Last year really sucked between contracting dengue fever from a trip and getting encephalitis as a result. Just feel lost and powerless.
