Method is kinda hacky, since I generate skirts that extend on all sides in higher LOD, but it works well enough. Due to downsampling there is clear divides in materials chosen at farther distances, though I think that would be fixes when its a more "mature" implementation

Hit a feature complete state for the first prototype, but after testing it out my laptop it desperately needs some memory management.
