Been away from social media for a while. My mental state is not getting better. More and more, I struggle with trying to see silver linings. The worst part is watching others support the opposite of goodness. My kind of discomfort is their rai·son d'ê·tre. Humans. So disappointing.

@george-lakoff.comi am absolutely enthralled by your The Neural Mind book, and I have watched a couple of your lectures. Especially the way that ideas are embodied and how the brain works, and what parts of the brain are activated. I have a question.

It’s amazing how many people take the current administration at face value when expressing criticism. Rather than just say they shouldn’t be allowed to do something, just call them out for why they are doing it. Extortion for self profit. Racism. Hate. Treason. Nothing else. Nothing more.

I don’t think I could walk on the wing of an airplane without falling (because of health issues). I also can’t run. I think I would stay behind so I’m not in anyone’s way. Maybe. Probably. Can’t know until it happens. But the best I could do is crawl. Or roll. Yeah. I think about this all the time.
