Jan 6 was a violent insurrection. It was not prosecuted appropriately due to compromised Supreme Court. Now Congress is sitting on their hands as Trump steals their power. I support separation of powers and the constitution.
Some of the emergency powers Trump has been using to screw things up include the ability to confiscate assets. He might be plotting to keep gold that other nations have stored in the US.

Most USD is actually abroad. If the US stops trading with other countries the usefulness of that USD for transacting is minimal. Reduced external trade will also destabilize USD. If USD isn't stable, and isn't for trade its no longer useful outside the US. USD will be dumped for other currency.

Not that this is relevant to what's happening in Fed currently. But anyone who says Biden was worse for the deficit than Trump is looking at things wrong. Every year Trump was in office the Deficit increased relative to GDP vs Biden net decreased deficit vs GDP. fred.stlouisfed.org/series/GFDEG...

To achieve $1.975T in "savings" DOGE needs to cut 91% of Transfers to States, Economy & Std of Living, Other, and Safety usafacts.org/government-s... The vast majority of these costs will still need to be paid, the states will need to raise taxes and take them on.

DOGE needs to "save" 232x what they have so far verified to achieve $5k check to 79M net tax paying households where 20% is returned to tax payers.

I might not appreciate many of Pence's positions but generally he makes the hard choices the right way. Such as calling out the BS. MAGA is so brainwashed, they don't know or care about the actual sequence of events

I get that we need to fix immigration, but this is sickness and evil. White House official account posts ASMR or people being put in chains. White House representative (elon) laughs about it. White House official account reposts elon laughing. These people legitimately get off on creating pain.

Golden age generally implies we have peaked and are going downhill. I'd say given the Hitler playbook, we will reach the bottom pretty quick. Trump is a traitor.
