How did you do?
Legs & Arms! 30 minute workouts, 3 phases, 10 days each phase - getting me through December! Workout using weights and HIIT moves (Insanity based.) I’m only on day 2 and I’m happy with the workouts! 28 days to go! My 62 year old body can do this!

Replying: My NYT Wordle stats! Not terribly impressive - I think. I did start playing before NYT bought the game. I lost my longest streak on April 1, 2024 with the word FROND. I also broke my streak in solidarity of the NYT Tech Guild in 2024 (I’m a member of a union.)

I love a good yoga practice! This was a long practice but a good practice! I did fast forward through the trainer chatter so it was shorter than it should be. One more workout and month one will be complete!

Our Christmas decorations are sentimental - every decoration has a story. Our ornaments are ceramic with our dogs names and the year. We have a few that were gifted or we owned before we met - like the Star Trek ornaments!
