Double workout days are not my thing! Today the trainer had us doing a cardio workout and a core workout - uurgh. I did have the options between the cardio workout or a Plyo workout… you know I prefer cardio over jumping!

What’s my morning schedule? It’s pretty basic -
6a - wakeup - take care of the dogs
6:30a - morning chores & puzzles
7a - film / edit / post video & head to home office
7:30a / 8a - ideally start workout
9a - officially “start” work
I sometimes get derailed but this is the basic morning schedule

Back day, blah! My back is my least developed body part so I hate working it out. I do it but I don’t like it! I did lift heavier today than I have before - that’s a plus but I still struggle with pull-ups, chin-ups, etc.

My Ash Wednesday / Lent / Easter Basket story. When I met my husband he advised me that if I wanted an Easter basket, I needed to participate in Lent. As a Southern Baptist, I had no clue what that involved.

Yoga and Meditation are exactly what I needed to set a better intention for the day! I had opened up my work email before my workout and immediately felt the stress starting! I coded my laptop and glad I did a Morning Yoga and a 3 Part Meditation on day 72!

Day 70 means Week 10 is complete! 3 weeks to go! I need to start looking into what workout calendar to start next! I know that I’m going to be traveling in March and April so I need to find one that doesn’t require much equipment. Be on the lookout for that decision… but I still have 3 weeks to go!
