It would be true fiscal insanity for the debt-ridden U.S. government to create a Sovereign Wealth Fund, as Trump has proposed. But it would fit perfectly into the Trump megalomania. The always thoughtful David Kotok sounds the alarm, & I urge all to pay attention.
