The core of the argument that ran through the whole day was the need move past defensive politics into a compelling vision that speaks to people’s real lives. Affordability. Security. Stability. As Graham Platner said during the event, “the big things.” And the opposite of what Trump is delivering.

Magnetism is notion that if you want people to come to your cause, be attractive. This requires having a cause. It also means having a polarity that distinguishes you from opposition. You meet people at the place of their broadly shared values, not their podcast-promoted prejudices.

For the House - this means zero Dem votes for the CR.
For the Senate - it means zero Dem votes for cloture and force Republicans to bust the filibuster.
Put this entirely on MAGA to pass.
