It's reasonable to suggest that Judge Ellis's "serious concerns" are shared by many millions of US citizens across our country, and especially in Democratic states and cities that have been the focus of this administration.

It's reasonable to suggest that Judge Ellis's "serious concerns" are shared by many millions of US citizens across our country, and especially in Democratic states and cities that have been the focus of this administration.
This sums up the issue over the use of tear gas perfectly. Ban it versus having it available as a tool for all situations.
The argument that ICE/Border Patrol is abusing it's use is resonating strongly and why we're here now. They're even tear gassing Chicago police officers.
