1/🚨 BIG RULING IN GA VOTING MACHINE LAWSUIT

A judge dismissed the challenge to Georgia’s QR-code voting machines—not because they’re secure, but because no one could prove legal harm.

QR codes stay (for now). The lawsuit lost—but still helped change the law.

For a bunch of guys obsessed with showing street cred, this has to be the most embarrassing unforced error in memory. Chainsaw Al's destructive legacy was a colossal series of train wrecks. Chainsaw Elon is heading down that path with arrogance and ignorance. Why haven't sane R's stepped in

It’s been a year since closing arguments in Curling v Raffensperger challenging the constitutionality of mandatory use Ballot Marking Devices (BMDs) in GA; case resting in
part on lack of accountability as shown below. Still no decision but I will post trial hilites in coming days #SeriousElections

Here’s where social media stands today:
1. X’s algorithms favor Musk/right leaning, divisive and aggressive content
2. Meta is not moderating content and Z is pouring $$ into DJT inaugural (see 1)
3. WaPo editorial content sees no reason to upset DJT. Bezos pours $$ into inaugural (see 1)

I guess NBC wasn't kidding. Thanksgiving travel is going break all the records. If you're flying this week get to the airport at least six hours early.

Hi, I'm new here!

Hmmm. The FBI seems to have taken over my building. I’m honestly not surprised. It was only a matter of time.

1/GA Official Election Bulletin to county officials who oversaw the recount/audit last week: "Our office...has concluded that the original results from the Dominion Voting System that were tabulated on and after election day...should be the results that your county certifies."

Election Security Experts Contradict Trump’s Voting Claims: For years, election integrity specialists have called for improved security on voting machines, transparency, and postelection audits. They were rebuffed at the federal level.

#BallotMarkingDevices vendors claim falsely () that "timing" marks on #HandMarkedPaperBallots r like bar codes 4 encoding votes. @beckerdavidj (who has blocked me) then repeats to @GaSecofState. Pop quiz: Encode this as timing (extra credit 4 definition)

1/Fulton County (GA) will put multiple BMDs in cabinets like this one. Voters will use simultaneously. Unclear how many BMDs per cabinet but this pic shows at least 2. Perpendicular orientation means there is no configuration where all machines are visible to election officials.

Look what came in the mail today! Half of a Dominion Ballot Marking Device. Wonder if I can put it back together once I tear it apart. I know what I’ll be doing on Thanksgiving.

From unclass FOIA production of the FBI investigation of the 2016-17 CES/KSU server breach. Does this mindset at the GA Sec of State's office via consigliere King seem relevant today? "People downtown" who don't want experts "poking around" with the thuggish order to "drop it"

FIELD REPORT FROM GA: Instruction card for GA voters. No CHECK YOUR PAPER BALLOT FOR ACCURACY. REVIEW is not the same if you don’t say what criteria to use. Voters told to check they selected correctly on screeen (their errors) but not ballot being counted (machine errors)

FIELD REPORTS FROM GA: I warned you election officials would try to sabotage court ordered
#HandMarkedPaperBallots pilots. Observers report needlessly
cumbersome check-in for HMPB only.
It takes 5x longer than for
#BallotMarkingDevices voting. SEOs will report HMPBs take longer.

When someone says "you can't meaningfully audit elections conducted on BMDs, what do they mean? This is the inner loop of RLAs. The observations m_w and m_l aren't random variables. If they are rv's, then T has an unknown pdf and algorithm can incorrectly confirm with higher risk
