I’m so sorry your family went through that. Dementia is incredibly tough on everyone who loves and cares for someone going through it.

Thankfully, many did. Strangers who stopped, who showed care, who helped him get home safely. That kindness meant everything. A little understanding can go a long way 💛 (3/3)

But what they didn’t see was that he was just my beloved father, living with dementia. When he wandered off alone and looked lost on the streets of London, I hoped someone kind would notice and help. (2/3)

Yay! They last for a while and then they even look good after they die with the dried seed heads in my opinion 🙂 and they’ll come back next spring!
