I find Zelda-style overworlds -- even ones early in development -- very satisfying to see come together, especially with wonderful pixel art. I wonder how much more this will change before release... There are already so many differences between the demo & playtest versions.

As expected, the "totally normal" souls fans are RAGING and CRYING that Lies of P now has difficulty modes. You don't need to put the difficulty down, you absolute snowflakes. Play on the original difficulty and stop gatekeeping, you tired, sad twats.

Over 70 hours later, and I have a fully-fleshed out #AxiomVerge map, made at the game's native resolution, with the parallax pulled out and 'fixed' in a lot of the big rooms, and with a load of little details — and probably errors. Let me know if you spot any! ko-fi.com/s/2c31ed7298

That's the second part of his argument, because apparently I want to read his thesis in my YT comments on an utterly unrelated video. That's what he's holding against devs who try and accomodate people. As the Doom devs famously said, "You control the buttons you press". Apparently not good enough.🤷🏻‍♂️
