Got a Job at Scooters. I'll keep applying for Ecology Jobs & Ecology PhDs but I do need something to pay the bills in the meantime! I chose this job because (I need money) I wanted to learn mixtures- I enjoy learning new things! Glad I managed to get this job. It won't be forever but it is for now

Rejected from another phd program. I can't say I'm surprised since Universities are halting phd admissions due to Trump Withdrawing research funding. But I'm so embittered lmao and I cannot afford to do a PhD in another country. Will I just have to wait four years? I feel completely screwed over.

Wanted the focus to be on the dress, hence it's the only thing in color. Quinceñera dresses are so lovely and I was inspired by that! Not the best at coloring but I still love it! Besides I'll keep getting better.

January's Stats~
The Perfect Crime is a short story collection and it's really good overall, with a focus on stories from diverse authors. I'd recommend it if you like crime fiction. Some stories are better than others but overall I truly enjoyed it.

Do universities usually send out emails about financial aid packages/offers and needing certain forms filled out to students they haven't accepted yet? & letting them make a school username/email? I'm inclined to think not-but I could see reasons they might. Unsure-hopefully I was accepted?
