Day 21-24: Blast, Button, Firefly, Rowdy

Day 17-20: Ornate, Deal, Arctic, Rovals

Day 9-12: Heavy, Sweep, Sting, Shredded

Well, that's my final #Inktober done. I had a great time but Nlnext year I'll have to find a set of challenges that don't come with the kind of baggage this one has.

So, without further ado, here's my collection of doodles from November!

Day 1-4: Mustache, Weave, Crown, Murky

In an effort to not be the ultimate lurker, I'd like to share some good news.
The latest game I worked on just closed its crowdfunding campaign on ~1.5 mil!
To see so many fans respond to our hard work with not only joy but by trusting us with their hard earned cash neber ceases to amaze me. Thanks!

In a case of "In order to make an apple pie from scratch", you sometimes you just have to make little guys in order to test out your board game idea.
An eclectic bunch of sci-fi character doodles, mostly aquatic and robotic in nature. Sci fi characters imported into Tabletop Simulator as stands.

Gencon 2025 was a blast! I didn't get too much time on the show-floor, but I got to see a couple of games, most made or recommended by friends and acquaintances who were a delight to meet.

Been reading Lindsay Ellis's sci-fi romp Axiom's End.

First book and a quarter has been quite fun, as evidenced by my attempt to doodle one of the smaller lads from the prominent alien species, Amygdelines.

Times like these I wish Bsky had a ||spoiler|| feature so I could say more without worry! 😅

A tale as old as time in 🎲✂️ Game Design - I tried to create, test and perfect a swashbuckling game for Galen's Games' tin-box submission (deadline: right the hell now), but work got in the way. 😞

It's a shame, but at least I had a blast. Projects like these are a great way to keep sharp.

It's roughly halfway through the month and I've been making progress on the alpha version of my #NaGaDeMon / #solovember project Wrought-Iron Hearts!

There's rough demo over at the NaGaDeMon discord. I know I have a LONG way to go before it's done, but working on this has been exhilarating!
Snippets of the soloRPG "Wrought-Iron Hearts" hinting at what the game will contain: a character sheet, an ally sheet and a page from the rule-book.

...and that's 2023! As always, inktober keeps being a test of endurance but I hope that my skills have improved in the meanwhile.
