Race report!
A new personal best for a 10K race, and I got third in my division (I was shocked!). My time was 57:14! I am so happy with the results. I've never run a distance run this fast before.

I'm so glad I did the race today. I had such a great time, & it was just so relaxing to hang out with other runners as we drank coffee & ate free donuts after. I ran another sub 9 min mile average!

I PR’d today! It has been a long time since I’ve updated the 5K on my PR board. It was such a good race, and there was a fun festival afterwards!

YOU GUYS!!! I averaged a 10 min mile for 7 miles! That's the fastest I've ever averaged for a distance run! I am so proud of myself for pushing myself to do better. 7 mi=11.3 km.

You guys! I did a race pace for just a normal run this morning! I knew I was going faster, but it felt like a 10:30 min mile. When I looked at my watch at the end, I couldn’t believe it! 3.1 miles = 5 kilometers. #running for the last minute, look at my pace!

Rested me is recovered from Friday's late night game. 😂 Yesterday morning, I participated in a halloween race (it started later than usual, thank goodness!). Sported my Denny hat with a sparkly bow!

I was 11 seconds away from a personal best at the race today! It was a good race (one of my favorite courses), and the weather couldn't have been better. I also got third in my age group, but the best part was the after race beer. 😂
I'm also super happy about my first mile time (8:55). #Running
