I am not mentally prepared for winter yet, but the weather is like, "Nope. You are getting it now."
I will take cold weather over chilly rain any day. I detest rain, so much so that I even hate the sound it makes when it hits your umbrella. 😂

It is going to be a LONG morning. I have to get a scan done, and it didn't mention that I can't have caffeine until AFTER I scheduled the appointment. 😠
I've tried calling to reschedule, but they never answer (you can't reschedule online).

Do the October - December holidays feel like they have less meaning now? I just can't find myself getting into them (I didn't decorate for Halloween, but I did dress up). I mean they are putting Halloween stuff out in August now, and Christmas crap in September? How do you all feel about it?

Me: *looks* I got 2nd place in mine too!
Her: *look of confusion* How is that possible? I got 2nd.
Me: I'm 45.
Her: *utter shock* WHAT!? *looks at my bib for confirmation* No way! You look so young.

I'm so glad I did the race today. I had such a great time, & it was just so relaxing to hang out with other runners as we drank coffee & ate free donuts after. I ran another sub 9 min mile average!

I hate when places are stupidly close, but because of the lack of bike lanes, sidewalks, & CROSSWALKS, you have to take the bus or a car. I'm not going across a large, scary intersection. 🙃
I'm thankful for the bus, but sometimes I like leaving when I want instead of waiting, lol #CommuterProblems

I am not built for these late night football games. Exhausted me is exhausted. It was fun, but omg it took a million years just to get to halftime. Everyone around me was commenting and cracking jokes about how long it was taking.
