Today is an important day of remembering and honoring MLKJr. Nothing else.

I never turn on the tv during the day if I’m home. I will that day! It’ll be a great day for the background noise of HGTV or the Hallmark channel.

Christmas as an adult sometimes means wrapping gifts while bawling your eyes out because the holidays are just really hard sometimes. We can’t always be with the ones we love and merriment can be exhausting. You’re not an elf, you don’t have to fart snowflakes. You are enough.

How am I handling my winter depression mixed with crippling anxiety about the future? I bought the weird ass thing that brought me joy.
