a blood-powered freeze ray. i got one playing Caves of Qud and eventualy decided to try drawing one.

QRP with some #vampires
Paint drawing of a blood-powered freeze ray. It is a mix of old, colorful parts and rust-bitten metal parts that were grafted on in later decades to replace broken compoments. It has a (badly-drawn) wooden stock attached, with a clip hoop. The main body of the gun is a large light-blue cylinder, where the science-magic happens. The end of the barrel has a few prongs that jut out and come back together into the middle, where the freezing cold ray ultimately generates and fires out from. Near the trigger is an open compartment with essentially a big battery-jug of blood, magic science energy crackling through it. Slotted into the top of the battery, sticking out through a hole cut into the gun, is a blood-stained funnel. There is a sponge sitting in the funnel. The art is signed "de la Nae".

oh yeah, several of the awards given out in the big six regular tournaments they do every year include food for the champion and his stable. lots of beer, rice, produce.

on the left: A Realm Reborn. the hints are obtuse sometimes, outright incomprehensible other times. there ARE hints at least, and they often can be divined.
on the right: Heavensward. tells you what zone it's in, but not really any hints about where to go or what to do since THEY ALL READ LIKE THAT.

a shower head with a big gap at the wall where the mounting plate is supposed to, you know, mount drywall repair from a longterm leak that needed another pass once it finally finished drying but never got that pass a shower head area that needs another pass for repair to reach the stage of "okay" and just hasn't received it yet

alright. here's a couple pictures i commissioned a while back.
A humanoid version of a grabbit creature from the game Anthem. Kind of a bunny furry, with visible foot-claws, a double tail, fuzziness and face bits kind of like a moth, and plant ears. Their left plant-ear is sliced off partway up, and their left eye is covered by a leather eyepatch. They wear a belted tunic with a vest and backpack, with ankle wraps. They use a spear as tall as they are as a walking stick. The blade of the spear has a hook on one side at the rod. A humanoid version of a grabbit creature from the game Anthem, from the chest up. Kind of a bunny furry, with the neck and face sort of like a moth. Their ears are plant-like, ferns maybe? Their left eye is covered with an eyepatch.
