They’re so good. They’ve perfected the IPA around here. I know they started in Pittsburgh but the “Mothership” here in Middleburg Hts. is a friggin’ DESTINATION.

And it doesn’t hurt that they’re the official beer for the Guardians at the ballpark.

Love them.

Love Fat Head's, only ever been to the one in Pittsburgh but have never had a bad beer from them 🍻

Trace Brewing - Pittsburgh, PA - 17 / 20

Trace is everything a brewery should be - it's warm, inviting and experimental in all the best ways. They have imbedded themselves in their community and if you meet Aadam, you just met your new favorite person ever. I can't recommend them enough!

Alamo Beer Company - San Antonio, TX - 14.4 / 20

After visiting the Alamo we took a long (and weirdly terrible) walk that almost ended in us giving up that thankfully ended up with me finding ABC, a genuine diamond in the rough. Hopefully I can get back there some day.

Ola Brew - Kailua-Kona, Hawaii - 15.2 / 20

Kona Brew is the top dog of beer on Kona but if you find yourself in paradise, please go to Ola Brew. I visited here. years back and still crave a drink they made that combined their fruit sour with a dragonfruit seltzer. A literally dream scenario.

Bond's Brewing - Laramie, WY - 16.4 / 20

If you ever find yourself in the tundra that is Laramie, you have to stop at Bond's. I was there visiting a dear friend whoo had made this brewery his home and it didn't disappoint. I also happened to be there during a beef jerky festival, highly recommend.

Lucky Envelope Brewing - Seattle, WA - 12.3/20

Seattle has a really beautiful craft beer scene but transparently, these reviews are from around 2016. Lucky Envelope had a two pepper beer with shishito and jalapeno that I still dream about today.

Moon River Brewing Company - Savannah, GA - 12.7/20

Moon River is the only haunted brewery on this list but is a lovely old-time spot in downtown Savannah. I was able to run in for a quick beer on a work trip and it felt like a British pub. The ghosts sits atop the stairs so watch out!
