Someone help me out here. Rand Paul's suggestion of an outside speaker, namely Elon Musk, is scary. But, is it even constitutionally legal? Since Musk is foreign-born, he cannot become President. Doesn't that also mean that he cannot be in the line of succession in any capacity?
