But they can move to remove it to Federal court. They did that here in Oregon when a guy hit and killed a lady on a bike in Salem. They removed it to federal court then had it dismissed. The Landis case.

I can't think of any time after high school or early college when a 18 or 19 year old would've felt anything but icky. But holy crap! When I was in my late 30's and early 40's did some of those older 20's kids decide I was interesting. WHAT? WHY?

I think there is a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old too. In Oregon, it's the difference between M11 (70-90 months) and Jessica's Law (25 years) but it's all still PRISON, Megyn. You know, they didn't even wait a full day before the "technically it's not pedophilia" shit.
