Trump most certainly does not see himself as president to ALL Americans. Only to those who support him. He is a very thin-skinned man who requires complete fealty and constant admiration. He will continue to divide us until he sparks the event that allows him to declare Martial Law.

MANY books have been written about Trump's cognitive decline and incompetence. We allowed him back in office anyway (because it was a change election and the GOP served him up as the alternative).
