I love making people smile and encouraging them. Friday shifts are always busy and tough, but today three different people cried in my drive-thru and told me they needed my kindness. It feels good to know I made a difference.♥️

District managers made a surprise visit today and presented me with this recognition. The Disney customer service training I received is clearly paying dividends.
