And given Byron's history of telling stories that explore how dangerous harmful stereotypes can be I wonder if it was a deliberate choice. I've never seen Encanto before but we're getting to it on Monday and were I a betting man I'd wager a protagonist with green eyes is going to show up in it!

That might not seem too noteworthy to many, but big Disney fans may be aware that green eyes is a common feature that many Disney villains possess. It's very interesting that in Byron's first three films one of the main duo always possess a feature typically associated with villains in Disney media.
