I gave the new LP a listen.

Not bad. Not outstanding. Emily was fine, but It felt like a very safe album. It didn't push any boundaries. Linkin Park Lite is what comes to mind. Peak LP to me was Meteora. This lacked that experimental sound. 5/10

It's been 8 years since my Grandma passed. When this time of month comes around, that ache in my heart flares up again. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday. She unexpectedly passed 8 days before it. It makes the holiday season hard.

I'm still keeping on and pushing forward. But man do I miss her
