Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

Anime culture is very different to TV and movie culture. They talk about shows more like the way people talk about their favourite bands. It's always very flowery, emotive language and has a lot of terms that don't get used anywhere else. You probably wouldn't call a Star Wars character "featless"
