i got a chance to go to the park today & i had my celebration rice noodle ramen.

my cookies turned out awesome yesterday. they look burnt, but i promise they aren't.

I really like how these turned out. The only thing I think that could've been better is that I could've made them a bit flatter so they cooked all the way through. It's not super necessary though because it's only almond pulp, butter, honey, vanilla extract, & salt.

i'm also reminded of using the stand mixer for the last batch. very satisfying.

looking back at the last time i made cheesecake i'm thinking maybe i'm not as far off as i thought. the consistency is just a little weird with this recipe.

i made some cheesecake cups, but they didn't turn out just right. i was expecting them to brown just a little bit. that didn't happen so i ended up adding a bit of nutmeg & cinnamon.
