Yeah she was much happier in herself after the walk. She’s having a good afternoon nap now which is fine. We usually take her out again around 6.30 for 20 minutes & then she has a bit of crazy time which we try to manage with toys, chews and training.

I sympathise. I’m finding things hard as they are and any extra stuff on top of the norm is a lot to manage. I’m glad I managed to sleep in this morning. Did you manage a nap today. B is just having one to make up for his lack of sleep last night. I’m trying to get through until 8pm now.
