Trump’s Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just told Americans to stop demanding things like “access to cheap goods” because it’s “not the essence of the American dream.”

To all creators that I followed on here due to the TT ban... Now that I have a feeling it will be trumptok, are you going to continue content over there? I hate the thought of supporting him, but I also want to support those who do so much. Thoughts?

What a shame. All that wasted money trump supporters spent to travel to the Capitol for the inauguration. Think of how many eggs they could have bought.

Trump hanging his supporters in DC out to dry in favor of an exclusive inauguration where only his inner circle and top donors can attend is the perfect metaphor for this administration and today’s GOP.

This is heartening to see! The resistance is beginning.

I know we are tired. I know we are fearful. But we will make ourselves heard and reclaim this country from the grip of MAGA fascism.

I’ve seen the inside of barbed wire prison camps in America. We came back from that and shall overcome this.
The People’s March is moving through the streets of Washington: “We won’t go back!”

A broad coalition of activists — among them climate, women’s rights, immigration, anti-war, LGBT, D.C. statehood, racial justice — are mobilizing in unison against Trump, three days before his inauguration. 🧵

This year's book challenge is A-Z rather than focusing on the number of books. So far, I am absolutely loving my "C" read!

So far the Hegseth hearing is going great! He is sweating profusely, he forgot the names of a few of his kids mid list, and there have been three protesters interrupting and removed from the room! He is so shook.

I’m no expert, but I would have to agree here.
I don't want to sound alarmist or anything, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to skip FBI background checks and bury congressional ethics reports about nominees to the most important posts in the federal government.

So is it just me or is everyone else laughing at the women who are outraged when we say "I hope you get what you voted for?"
